Communications & Signal Processing Laboratory (CSPL)

The Communications & Signal Processing Laboratory investigates the transmission of information-bearing signals through physical channels and the processing of signals from physical sources. Research encompasses the disciplines of communication theory, signal processing, information theory, and estimation and detection. Faculty and students are engaged in projects in a wide range of applications, including energy-efficient wireless communication, error correction coding, optical communications, waveform diverse radar, receiver synchronization, and audio signal processing.
